What is Speakable?

Speakable is an online platform that provides auto-grading speaking assignments in over 100 languages. It eliminates the time-consuming task of grading hours of recordings, allowing teachers to concentrate on teaching. The platform includes a  Builder where teachers can input any word or phrase they want their students to practice speaking. Additionally, teachers can use text-to-speech technology to provide students with audio recordings of words or phrases or record their own voice to enhance the learning experience. Video lessons can also be embedded from YouTube to reinforce the lessons.
